MALE DESCRIPTION: ADULT - Head black and white. Black eye stripe and black throat. White cap and cheek. Long white filamentous feathers extend from back of head. Body bluish grey. Wings bluish grey with black centers to feathers. Legs yellow. Bill dark grey. JUVENILE - Uniformly mottled grey and brown.
